Stauropegion Institute

A public and religious institution in Lviv, which had its origins in the Lviv Stauropegion Brotherhood. Founded in 1788 by the decree of Joseph II. It was under the influence of Russophiles from the middle of the 19th century until 1915. The Institute's printing house was located at today's 9 Ivan Fedorova Street.
